1. Customized Products

• Customers are responsible for providing sizes, spelling, and design details.
• We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

2. Orders & Payments

• Orders are processed after payment is confirmed.
• Prices are listed in US Currency.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason.

3. Returns & Refunds

• Printed or embroidered items are non-refundable, except for manufacturing defects or errors caused by us.
• Claims must be reported within (10) days of delivery with photos.

4. Intellectual Property

• All website content (logos, images, text, designs) belong to Strupp Dawg Printing LLC.
• Customers confirm they have rights to any designs they submit.

5. Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

• Use this site illegal purposes
• Upload offensive, copyrighted, or harmful content
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the website

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Incorrect information provided by customers.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America and Pennsylvania.
